Our rates reflect preparation and written follow-up as well as meeting time. There are no subscriptions, automated plans or hidden renewal charges.

When scope needs an estimate
A combined family timeline, several previous residence categories, or a need to reconstruct records across multiple German cities can require more preparation. We first propose a written scope and fixed estimate. No extra work starts without your agreement.
Translation, certification, authority fees, legal advice, tax work and third-party services are not included. If we recommend another professional, you contract with them separately and can decide whether to proceed.
Payment and scheduling
Once we agree that the consultation fits, we send an invoice and appointment options. Payment reserves the meeting; this website does not process checkout. Video and Munich office appointments are generally available on weekdays.
