Terms of service
The terms that govern use of this website and our human-delivered residence preparation consultations.
Last updated: 15 August 2026
Acceptance and provider
These terms apply when you use engine-vaulthub.digital or purchase a consultation from Engine Vaulthub, Level 9, 82 Landsberger Straße, Munich 80339. By agreeing to a consultation proposal or using this site, you accept the provisions relevant to that activity. Individual written proposals may add or replace terms for a particular engagement.
Nature and limits of the service
We provide organisational guidance for German residence renewal preparation and long-term settlement planning. We do not provide legal advice, representation, tax advice, certified translation or a guarantee of any authority decision. You remain responsible for application content, deadlines, official submissions and decisions based on the guidance.
You agree to provide accurate context and to avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may decline or stop work that requires a regulated professional, presents a conflict, or falls outside the agreed scope.
Booking, fees and cancellation
A booking is confirmed when we accept it and any required payment is received. Fees and included work are stated before engagement. Rescheduling and refunds follow our refund policy, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Intellectual property and permitted use
The website text, consultation frameworks and original written materials belong to Engine Vaulthub or identified licensors. You may use a personalised note for your own private residence preparation. You may not resell, publish or present it as legal advice. Official materials and third-party works remain with their respective owners.
Liability
We perform agreed services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by German law, we are not liable for authority delays or decisions, changes in law or procedure, incomplete client information, or actions taken outside the agreed scope. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer protection.
Availability and links
We may correct or update general website information without notice. External links are supplied for context; the relevant provider controls their content and availability.
Governing law and disputes
German law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Statutory rules determine jurisdiction. We encourage clients to contact info@engine-vaulthub.digital first so a concern can be examined directly.
Changes
The terms applying to a booked service are those accepted at booking. Updated website terms apply prospectively and show a revised date.
